<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />reserves. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed past action, <br />two proposals for funding being brought forward; and <br />a four the a <br />Issue <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Issue <br />that, with Safety and Public Works proj ects, <br />and the Arona are also interlinked, and <br />with resident Ed Burrell's comments regarding <br />consideration of a future community center prior to the <br />public safety building site plans; stating that would be <br />voting against the motion as it now stands. <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka had no comment when queried <br />by Mayor Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder thanked Public Works <br />Director Schwartz and other staff members for refining <br />the improvements to a "bare bones" concept. <br />Councilmember Schroeder stated that while the cost <br />estimates exceeded expectations, he was encouraged by <br />the staff s attempts to reduce costs. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough concurred with Councilmember <br />Klausing's concerns regarding a community center, but <br />did not want to stop the process at this point, and would <br />support the motion as it now stood. <br /> <br />Further discussion included building code compliance; <br />and functionality the facility that would serve the <br />current needs and projected future needs at least twenty <br />(20) years into the future. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the motion. <br />
