Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn stated that, relocating the Fire Marshal and <br />Fire Inspector positions to the Fire Department, this <br />omission in process had been discovered. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />seconded, amendment <br />the motion to include the position of the Fire Marshal and <br />Fire Inspector in Section 106.06 Fire Department. <br /> <br />City Attorney J amnik stated that this ordinance was for <br />codification of current organizational city structure, and <br />there was no change proposed under the current draft, <br />except as noted previously for Fire Code Inspections. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: Maschka. <br />Abstentions: Klausing. <br /> <br />After comment from Mayor Kysylyczyn, Councilmember <br />Klausing attempted to explain his rationale for abstention. <br />Councilmember Klausing stated that, while he has no <br />problem with the ordinance at its face value, he's <br />concerned that this ordinance is going to be used to for <br />further Council micro-management of day-to-day City <br />operations. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn asked for City Attorney Jamnik's <br />opinion regarding whether Councilmember Klausing's <br />concerns could be realized. <br />
