Inoperable vehicles shall not remain outdoors; and <br />b. Any screen plantings along the western property boundary shall remain outside of any easements. <br />Mr.Lloyd,HortonHoldingdoeshavesomereservationsaboutthePermitrequestedbyournextdoorneighbor, <br />becausetheyalreadyhaveahistoryoffailingcodeinspectionsandreceivinglettersfromtheCityin2006and <br />2008forimproperoutdoorstorageofsemitrailersonthesameproperty.Acopyofthemostrecentletterfrom <br />theCityofRosevilletoourneighborisattachedforyourreference.Hortonisconcernedthatthisnew <br />ConditionalUsePermitcouldpossiblycreateafurthernuisanceandeyesorefortheCityofRosevilleand <br />specificallyfortheWalnutStreetneighborhood. <br />However,intheinterestoftryingtobeagoodneighbor,HortonwouldprefertonotopposethenewPermit,but <br />werequestthatthefollowingConditionsalsobeimposedbytheCitybeforegrantingthePermit: <br />ThenewConditionalUsePermitshouldclarifythattheapplicantisrestrictedtoparkingbuses <br />o <br />and/orsemitrailersonlyonthepavedportionoftheproperty,asrequiredbyCitycode. <br />ThePlanning5zÝzzxreportgavenodetailsorrequirementsontheappearanceofthe <br />o <br />proposedslatstobeaddedtothechainlinkfenceonthenorthandsouthboundariesofthe <br />property.AConditionofthenewPermitshouldbethatthephysicalappearanceoftheslatted <br />fencingmusthavethepriorapprovaloftheneighboringpropertyownersonthenorthandsouth <br />sidesofthesubjectproperty. <br /> <br />
