Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. (Klausing arrived at 5:37 p.n1.) <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn welcomed everyone to the Roseville City <br />Council n1eeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br /> <br />A. Tam McGeehee, 77 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Ms. McGeehee asked questions about the "Public <br />Comment" portion of the agenda. <br /> <br />B. Dick Lambert, 800 Brenner Avenue <br />Mr. Lambert thanked the Council for its preliminary budget <br />resolution. <br /> <br />C. Al Sands, 2612 AIdine Street <br />Mr. Sands discussed the Roseville Concerned Citizens use <br />of the City Council Chambers and asked for an <br />investigation. Mr. Sands opposed local political uses of city <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn moved to an1end the City Policy re Meeting <br />Rooms to restrict use of city facilities to 501 (C) (3) <br />organizations. Kysylyczyn ruled the motion had been <br />seconded. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough spoke in favor of further study of the <br />Issue. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing appealed the ruling of the Chair. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />Comment <br />
