Council Confirmation of Mayor's Appointments to the Roseville Housing Resource Authority Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, confirmation of Mayor Kysylyczyn's appointments to the newly-formed Housing and Redevelopment Authority. (HRA) Councilmember Klausing called for a point of order, and attempted verbal review of Statutory requirements and recently-adopted Council resolution requesting a one (1) week notification to Councilmembers of the applicants for appointment to the City's HRA; and seeking additional public information prior to being asked to confirm appointments. Councilmember Klausing further sought selection criteria used during the Mayor's interview process and evaluation; the list of all applicants and their respective qualifications, as addressed in Minnesota Statutes for Plan B form of government. Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, tabling of the item, with Kysylyczyn verbally encouraging Councilmembers to vote "nay" to Councilmember Klausing's motion. Ayes: Nays: Roll Call Maschka, and Klausing. Schroeder, Kough, and Kysylyczyn. Mayor Kysylyczyn proceeded with his appointees, and their qualifications.
