Councilmen1bers <br />Kough, Klausing and Maschka returned soon after <br />reconvenIng. <br /> <br />Joe Rossini, 440 West County Road C <br />Mr. Rossini spoke to several ethics concerns he had <br />related to Fire Chief Gasaway and other fire department <br />operations. Ivlr. Rossini displayed a picture of a "Save <br />Roseville" sign at the 2777 North Dale Street residence of <br />Fire Chief Gasaway. Mr. Rossini further questioned the <br />use of city pagers and radio time to "gloat" over the <br />criminal charges brought against Mayor Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Counciln1en1ber Klausing called for a point of privilege <br />seeking information about the topic under discussion; <br />however, he was not acknowledged by Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the n1eeting at 6:57 p.n1. and <br />reconvened at 7 :02 p.n1. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recognized Mr. Rossini; again refusing <br />recognition of Councilmen1ber Klausing's point of <br />privilege request. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough attempted to intervene with a <br />question; with no recognition by the chair. <br /> <br />Mr. Rossini continued expressing his concerns regarding <br />current fire department operations and practices. <br /> <br />Councilmen1ber Klausing asked Mayor Kysylyczyn's <br />
