Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.lTI. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of <br />the audience. No one came forward to speak. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Review Agenda <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for Council comment regarding the <br />Consent Agenda. There were no audience members in <br />attendance for Consent Agenda items. The only Council <br />comment was from Councilmember Kough regarding Item C, <br />regarding currency exchange renewals, concerns that were <br />addressed during the meeting, requiring no further discussion. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets introduced the new City Attorney, Mr. Jay <br />T. Squires, of the firm Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P .A. <br /> <br />III. Presentations <br /> <br />A. Presbyterian Homes: Tax Increment Financing (TIF) <br />Presentation (PF 3445) <br />Economic Development Specialist Cathy Bennett <br />introduced the Presbyterian Homes discussion regarding <br />proposal for the Redevelopment of Hamline Shopping <br />Center and their request for public assistance for a mixed <br />use housing and retail development. <br /> <br />Ms. Bennett introduced Bob VanSlyke, with Senior <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br /> <br />Review <br />Agenda <br /> <br />Presentations <br /> <br />Pres byterian <br />Homes <br />Tax Increment <br />Financing <br />Presentation <br />
