~SI3VfbbE City Council Minutes Regular Meeting of November 27,2000 The City Council met on the above date with the following members present 6:36 p.m. (voting order): Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Absent: Roll Call None. Acting City Manager Ed Burrell introduced additional items to be Agenda Change considered in Section K, which required a special meeting to be held on December 18, 2000. Consequently, there was a motion to remove Item C- 11 from the Consent Agenda. Wiski moved, Mastel seconded to move C-11 to Section K. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. A. Minnesota Department of Transportation Report on Years 2005-2025 Transportation Funding Plan . City Council Agenda and Packet on City's web site (attempt is being made by staff to complete the agenda and packet one day earlier- Thursday rather than Friday, prior to each meeting) . December 4, 2000 Truth in Taxation Public Hearing and meeting with Legislative Delegation . Two guests in attendance: Council Member Elect Pierce and Mayor Elect Skogquist of Anoka . The Mayor will be traveling with a Legislative Delegation to Cuba from December 9th through the 17th. Council Member Wiski will be Acting Mayor in his absence, and will be chairing the meeting on December 11 th.
