<br />City Council Minutes - 11/13/00 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />H-3 Public comments were requested on the acceptance and use of the LLEGB Grant <br />Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) money, thereby Acceptance <br />meeting public hearing requirements. Maschka moved, Goedeke <br />seconded, the authorization of the City Manager to accept the <br />LLEBG grant in the amount of $13,597. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H -4 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, to approve the renewal of the Liquor Licenses <br />listed liquor licenses for Calendar Year 2001 with the condition that <br />all required application items be submitted before the licenses may <br />be issued. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br /> <br />I. Land Use <br /> <br />J. Ordinances and Resolutions <br /> <br />J -1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, approval of the Council to 1st Reading <br />finalize draft changes to Roseville' s Liquor License Ordinance to Ordinance Changes <br />include: optional Manager and Server Training with penalty Liquor Licenses <br />reduction in the first offense; raising seller fines to $250 for on-sale <br />and $150 for off-sale employees for the first offense; raising the <br />licensing fine from $150 to $500 for the first offense and setting <br />receipt requirements for home delivery of alcoholic beverages. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />Maschka. <br /> <br />Liquor Licenses <br />No action was taken on consideration of a resolution revising the Schedule of Offenses / <br />Schedule of Offenses and Administrative Penalties.
