H-3 Public comments were requested on the acceptance and use of the LLEGB Grant Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) money, thereby Acceptance meeting public hearing requirements. Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, the authorization of the City Manager to accept the LLEBG grant in the amount of $13,597. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. H -4 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, to approve the renewal of the Liquor Licenses listed liquor licenses for Calendar Year 2001 with the condition that all required application items be submitted before the licenses may be issued. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. I. Land Use J. Ordinances and Resolutions J -1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, approval of the Council to 1st Reading finalize draft changes to Roseville' s Liquor License Ordinance to Ordinance Changes include: optional Manager and Server Training with penalty Liquor Licenses reduction in the first offense; raising seller fines to $250 for on-sale and $150 for off-sale employees for the first offense; raising the licensing fine from $150 to $500 for the first offense and setting receipt requirements for home delivery of alcoholic beverages. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka.
