Reports And Recommendations <br /> <br />F-l <br /> <br />Moved to K-l <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, the adoption of the proposed <br />Lexington Park Master Plan and the authorization for Brauer and <br />Associates, at a cost of $40,000, to complete the plans and <br />specifications as directed and to enter into a contract with R.A. <br />Morton, at a cost of $11,000, for construction manager services in <br />the development of Lexington Park with the moneys taken from the <br />PIP budgeted for Lexington Park. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Wiski. <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, to approve construction of a <br />privacy fence at 2214 Lexington Avenue in an amount not to exceed <br />$9,500 from the Housing Fund under the Borders and Buffers <br />program. Upon direction to proceed, staff will obtain a complete <br />bid from each of the two contractors and select the most complete, <br />cost effective, high quality proposal. In addition, staff will prepare a <br />waiver of trespass to be signed by the property owner (Mr. Hansen) <br />to allow construction of the fence.
