<br />M-1 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, to approve the 2001 LELS LELS Tentative
<br />contract settlement, and authorizing the City Manger to execute a Contract Agreement
<br />contract incorporating the settlement terms, subject to approval of
<br />the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />M-2 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, to approve the 2001 Teamsters Teamsters Tentative
<br />contract settlement, and authorizing the City Manger to execute a Contract Agreement
<br />contract incorporating the settlement terms, subject to the approval
<br />of the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />M-3 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, to approve the 2001 IUOE, Local IUOE, Local 49 Tentative
<br />49 contract settlement, and authorizing the City Manager to execute Contract Agreement
<br />a contract incorporating the settlement terms, subject to the approval
<br />of the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />M-4 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, to authorize the Acting City Wage Settlements
<br />Manager and Human Resource staff to prepare wage and benefit Non-Union &
<br />increases for calendar year 2001, based on comparable increases Administrative Employees
<br />paid to the police, police sergeants, public works and parks
<br />maintenance staff, with the understanding that increases in salary
<br />ranges would be subject to future Council approval. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />M-5 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, to approve a resolution to Resolution 9832
<br />establish a formal communications policy between Council and Council-Staff
<br />staff. (Resolution to be amended to insert Acting City Manager in Communication Policy
<br />the 3rd "Be it further resolved".) Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
