<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Rose vi lie, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of October 2006, <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Mascl1ka, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing. <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10445 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF <br />WILLIAM B. MASCHE <br />TO THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO FILL A 5 YEAR TERM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the 'City"), as follows: <br /> <br />1. On August 23, 2006, a Board Member term for the Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville ("HRA") <br />expired. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003 Subdivision 6, all tenns <br />after initial staggered terms shall be for 5 years. <br /> <br />3. The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the appointment <br />of resident William B. Masche for a telm of 5-years ending August 23, <br />2011. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Mascl1ka, and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Kough, Maschka, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
