<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY NO. 1342 <br /> <br />A SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, <br />MOVING CHAPTER 1017: SEXUALLY ORIENTED USES TO CHAPTER 1019, <br />ADDING CHAPTER 1017: EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL <br />ORDINANCE, AND AMENDING SECTIONS 1008.10D2d10, 1010.lSA, 1012.06E, <br />1016.17F, 1016.17H, 1016.24G4a, 1016.2SB, 1016.2SC1, 1016.2SC2, 1016.2SD, AND <br />1016.2SE2a. <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance No.1342 approved by the City Council of <br />Roseville on November 13, 2006: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Code is amended by creating a new section, Section 1017, <br />regarding erosion and sedimentation control. This ordinance compiles all erosion <br />control guidance of the City ofRoseville in one section (Section 1017) ofthe City <br />Code. It also adds provisions for construction site erosion control permitting, <br />including enforcement and escrow requirements. This ordinance will move the <br />existing Chapter 1017: Sexually Oriented Uses to Chapter 1019. It will also cause the <br />updating of the 11 other sections of the code to reference this chapter. The ordinance <br />takes effect upon this publication. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office <br />hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
