Roseville residents were asked a series of questions as part of a communications audit. Sources <br />of information were discussed, with a particular focus on the city newsletter and cable television. <br />In addition, the types of services which could be offered through the cable system was explorcd <br />in some detail. The "Roseville <br />Review" was cited by residents who feel the quality of life is excellent. "The "Focus Paper" was <br />reported by forty-five to sixty-four year olds and residents who feel the quality of lifc is excellent. <br />"Word of mouth" was mentioned by renters and Precincts Four, Five, Six and �even residents. <br />"Cable television" was posted by foriy-five to sixty-four year olds and non-college graduates. <br />"Mailings" were key for city residents for five years or less, cighteen to forty-four year olds and <br />renters. <br />Next, residents were asked about their access to informati�n: <br />Do you_feel you huve adequate access ta information <br />about City programs and services?
