Roseville residents were asked a short series of questions about City Goverrunent and City Staff. <br />First, knowledge about and perceptions of the Mayor and City Council were detcrmined. Them <br />the spotlight shifted to inieractions with and perceptions oi�City Staff. Finally, contact w�ith Cit�% <br />Staff was explored in some detail with respect to quality customer service standards. <br />Mayor and City Counc�l <br />Respondents were asked a series of three questions about the Mayor and City Council.
