Roseville respondents were asked a series of questions about the park and recreation system, both <br />in its current form and its possible future mode. "The usage of each componcnt �vas ascertained, <br />in addition to general ratings and information levels. A new community center was examined in <br />some detail, both in terms of its facilities and its tax conseq�aences.
