Each member and <br />staff introduced themselves and gave a brief description of <br />their background and reasons for volunteering for the <br />transportation study group. <br />o Harry Wernecke was chosen chairman of study group. <br />o Thor Bank was chosen vice-chair of study group. <br />o Meetings were agreed to be heZd weekly each Thursday at 4:00 <br />p.m. in the public works conference roam at city hall. The <br />public works conference room is the second door on the left <br />when entering the main city hall doors. <br />o Agenda was set far next meeting. A copy is attached. <br />Meeting will be held Thursday, October 22, 1992, at 4:d0 <br />p.m. at city hall (room to be determined). <br />o Staff wi.11 deliver a copy of the data callected at the July <br />Vista 2000 meetings to all study group members. <br />o Thor Bank will contact those members not present to inform <br />them af the next meeting. <br />o Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br />Agenda for next meeting attached. <br />
