EXHIBIT A Legal Description of the Land Parcel 1: The North 320.3 feet of the South 1,344.3 feet of the West 680.07 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Eight(8), Township Twenty-nine (29)North, Range Twenty-three (23), West, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota. And That part of the West 680.07 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, lying South of the Northern Pacific Railway Company's right-of-way, except the South 1,344.3 feet thereof according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Except: That part of the West 680.07 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota which lies Southerly of the following described Line "A" and Northerly of the following described Line `B" Line "A": Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 8; thence South 00 degrees 35 minutes 02 seconds East, bearing based on the Ramsey County Coordinate System NAD 83, along the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 8 for a distance of 1,011.43 feet, to a point 50 feet Southerly of(when measured at right angles with)the centerline of existing Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Company's right-of-way, said point being the point of beginning of the fine to be described; thence North 83 degrees 29 minutes 39 seconds East, parallel with said railroad right-of-way centerline, a distance of 703.76 feet to a point on the East line of the West 700 feet of said Northwest Quarter and said line there terminating.
