<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, November 13, 2006, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: none <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10447 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR APPLEWOOD POINTE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, United Properties, contracted to have the utilities, streets, and parks <br />constructed to serve the homes lying within Applewood Pointe; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, United Properties is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and maintenance <br />responsibility of these public improvements including, Applewood Court, Arona Street, Terrace Drive, <br />sidewalks, pathways, Applewood Park, Applewood Overlook, sanitary sewer, waterrnain, storm sewer and <br />infiltration basins. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />acceptance and accept a one-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items <br />commencing on November 13,2006, and expiring on November 13,2007. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kough and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
