<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Meeting <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Minutes <br />Tuesday, November 13,2006 <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular <br />meeting at 6:00 p.rn. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan; and Mayor <br />Klausing. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was present, as well as <br />Councilmember-elect Dan Roe. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. There were no comments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka requested advice from City Attorney <br />Scott Anderson regarding the rules for establishing a moratorium <br />and the process to be followed as such action would relate to <br />pending items on tonight's agenda. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson advised that it would be appropriate to <br />table action on pending items; then proceed with the proper steps <br />for passage of a moratorium, following necessary restrictions <br />related to 60-day review and 60-day review extension on pending <br />land use cases. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Receive Public Comment about City Issues <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any City Issues. <br /> <br />Receive Public <br />Comment about <br />City Issues <br /> <br />A.
