<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Meeting <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Minutes <br />Tuesday, November 27, 2006 <br /> <br />SPECIAL CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular <br />meeting at 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Pust; Kough; Maschka; Ihlan; and Mayor <br />Klausing. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. There were no comments. <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any City Issues. <br /> <br />A. Al Sands, 2612 AIdine <br />Mr. Sands provided a Bench Handout entitled, "We Had a <br />Dream," dated November 27,2006 regarding the 2001 Twin <br />Lakes Master Plan; and provided his perspective on the <br />proposed redevelopment of this trucking and industrial <br />property into a business park. <br /> <br />Mr. Sands encouraged Councilmembers to show their <br />leadership in finding a solution for this property, while <br />representing the neighborhood. <br />
