Approve a Resolution Awarding Bid for 2012 Sealcoat Contract <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10979 (At- <br /> tachment A) entitled, "Resolution Awarding Bids for 2012 Sealcoat Program;" <br /> to Pearson Brothers, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $185,584. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> h. Approve a Resolution to Accept the Work Completed, Authorize Final <br /> Payment, and Commence the One Year Warranty Period on the Rosewood <br /> Wetland and Midland Hills Road Drainage Improvements <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10980 (At- <br /> tachment A) entitled, "Final Contract Acceptance — Rosewood Wetland and <br /> Midland Hills Road Drainage Improvements;" accepting the completed work, <br /> initiating the one-year warranty, and authorizing final payment that includes two <br /> (2)project change orders due to unforeseen circumstances in the field. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Designate Municipal Representatives to Roseville Firefighter Relief Associ- <br /> ation <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Malinen advised that in the future, <br /> this designation would be included with other organizational business at the <br /> City Council's first meeting held annually in January. <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No.10981 (At- <br /> tachment A) entitled, "Resolution Designating the Mayor and City Manager as <br /> Municipal Representatives to the Firefighter relief Association." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 8.
