<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of November, <br />2006, at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing. <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 10452 <br /> <br />Resolution Anthorizing the City Council to establish a Committee consisting of <br />Councilmembers Ihlan and Pust <br />to Negotiate the Best Terms Possible with the Chosen Applicant for City Manager <br />and bring the Contract back to the full Council for Discussion and Approval <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota establishes a committee consisting of Councilmembers Ihlan <br />and Pust to negotiate, but not bind, the best terms possible with the chosen <br />applicant and bring back to the full Council the proposed contract for <br />discussion and potential approval. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Kough, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, <br />Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
