<br />and upon conviction thereof,shall be
<br />punished as a misdemeaflor offense.

<br />11.Seclion PM-111.0. Meafls 01 Appeal.
<br />Seclion PM.111.0 is hereby deleted in Its
<br />entirety and shall be ,replaced with "Any
<br />person shall have the right to appeal to
<br />Ihe City of Rosevilie City COUflCi! or its
<br />designee, a decision of the Building
<br />Codes Official ora nolice or order issued
<br />under this code. An applicatiofl for appeal
<br />shall be based on a claim that the true
<br />Inlentof the code or the rules legally
<br />adopted thereunder has been incorrectly
<br />interpreted,the provisions of the code do
<br />not fully apply, or the requirements of this
