So long as neighbarhood concerns are <br />given a high priority, most residents will accept growth as an <br />inevitable part of the evolution of the city. "Pools and Patio" <br />communities, such as Rosevi3le, have high expectations about <br />their government and its services, especially in maintaining a <br />high quality of life -- fartunately, to date, these expectatians <br />have been met.
