The accompanying <br />map indicates planning neighborhoods across the community. <br />Summary and Conclus�ons: <br />Roseville is a generally mature inner-ring suburban <br />community. The median longevity of adult residents was 13.3 <br />years. Almost one third of the sample reported moving to the <br />city during the past five years, while fifty-four percent had <br />been there over a decade. Twenty--five percent of the households <br />contained school-aged children; eleven percent reported pre- <br />schoolers. Seventy-two percent owned their current homes. <br />The average age of respondents was 47.Z years ald. One-third <br />of the sample fell into the over 55 years age range, while one- <br />quarter was less than 35 years old. Forty-one percent reported <br />heads-of-households working in either Professional-Technical or <br />Owner-Manager jobs.
