<br />City Council Regular Meetiug - 12/04/06 <br />Minutes - Page 7 <br /> <br />Session scheduled for Monday, December 18, 2006, to discuss <br />condemnation options and the existing development agreement <br />and termination processes and impacts. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan advised that she had a prior, long-standing <br />commitment, making it impossible for her to be at the meeting on <br />December 18 prior to 6:00 p.rn. Councilmember Ihlan <br />emphasized her interest in attending the Closed Executive Session <br />and participation in the discussion. Councilmember Ihlan <br />suggested that in order not to sacrifice discussion of the budget or <br />Twin Lakes (which she opined could not wait until January of <br />2007), that those two items be the main meeting focus, and other <br />items sketched out on the agenda accordingly. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark advised that he had notified development attorneys of a <br />projected 5:30 p.m. meeting time on December 18; and asked if <br />there were any other scheduling conflicts prior to confirming start <br />times. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan offered that she may be able to make a 5:30 <br />p.rn. meeting time; and questioned whether another meeting <br />needed to be scheduled to get the City's businesses completed <br />prior to year-end. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing suggested, and Council consensus concurred, that <br />a Closed Executive Session be scheduled for Monday. December <br />11. 2006; with the time dependent on Councilmember schedules. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark advised that he would determine the availability of Mr. <br />Krass and Mr. Casserly for December 11 tho <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing asked that staff advise the City Council once <br />confirmed, and post the meeting accordingly. <br /> <br />1.
