Councilmember Ihlan advised that she had a prior, long-standing commitment, making it impossible for her to be at the meeting on December 18 prior to 6:00 p.rn. Councilmember Ihlan emphasized her interest in attending the Closed Executive Session and participation in the discussion. Councilmember Ihlan suggested that in order not to sacrifice discussion of the budget or Twin Lakes (which she opined could not wait until January of 2007), that those two items be the main meeting focus, and other items sketched out on the agenda accordingly. Mr. Stark advised that he had notified development attorneys of a projected 5:30 p.m. meeting time on December 18; and asked if there were any other scheduling conflicts prior to confirming start times. Councilmember Ihlan offered that she may be able to make a 5:30 p.rn. meeting time; and questioned whether another meeting needed to be scheduled to get the City's businesses completed prior to year-end. Mayor Klausing suggested, and Council consensus concurred, that a Closed Executive Session be scheduled for Monday. December 11. 2006; with the time dependent on Councilmember schedules. Mr. Stark advised that he would determine the availability of Mr. Krass and Mr. Casserly for December 11 tho Mayor Klausing asked that staff advise the City Council once confirmed, and post the meeting accordingly. 1.
