Residents are general�y satisfied with the way in which <br />their.inquiries were handled. Of the 245 separate inquiries, <br />a88� were handled satisfactorily (Question 22D). <br />Twenty percent of the respondents indicated they had <br />thought about contacting the city �or servic�s or znforma- <br />tion in the past year but decided not to.
