About one-fifth (210) of the residents said that there <br />have been times after rain storms in the �ast twelve months <br />when there has been standing water on their property. Three <br />pexcent report that this occurs after aZmost every rain and <br />five percent said it happens af�er �very heavy rain (Questions <br />35 & 35A) . <br />ATTITUDES TOWARD VARIOUS SERVICES, INSPECTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS <br />Survey respondents were asked their attitudes toward <br />seven servzces, inspections and restrictions that would be <br />adopted by the City of Roseville. Six of the seven measures <br />were iavored by a majority.
