Completed questiannaires were returned �o rilid-Continent <br />Surveys wher� they were checked �or completeness_ Forty- <br />two of the completed interviews �eere veriiied by telephone <br />to the respondent by a Mid-Continent Surveys' in�erviewing <br />supervisor. Verification calls re-adminisiered one or more <br />factual questions, inquired about �he length of the interview <br />as well as several questions about the intervi�wer and the <br />conduct of the interview. <br />Completed questionnaires were coded, keypunched and <br />computer tabulated. Distributions for each of the survey <br />questions for various demographic and geographic cross- <br />tabulation sets are presented in Volume II, Data TabZes_ <br />Mid-Continent Surrreys, Inc. <br />• • <br />3 <br />
