Commissioner supported making a positive presentation. 242 Commissioner Venters said the police department training may need to be a long-tertn pursuit, 243 and clarified that the HRC's intent was to be an observer with other regional law enforcement 244 agencies (i.e., FBI and Attomey General's Office) providing diversity training for officers. 245 246 Commissioners concurred that they would arrive at the meeting on Apri1 14 at approximately 247 6:30 p.m. to coordinate the presentation and handout materials and format and organization of 248 the materials. 249 25Q ?51 252 253 254 255 256 257 258 Commissioner Oftelie suggested that a filc copy of the presentation bc archived with other HRC materials at City Hall. Chair Delmore volunteered to e-mail Comrnissioners Bosch and Crutnp to invite them to the meeting with the City Council.
