Equi�y <br />Roseville Area Schools will: <br />1. Significantly narrow the achievement gap - specifically the zace based <br />and economically based gaps. <br />2. Develop and implement strategies that will yield at Ieast one year's <br />academic growth for each student. . <br />3. Expand Roseville Area Schools' educational options to reflect the needs <br />of our community. <br />Leadexship <br />Roseville Area Schools will: <br />1. Support the leadership development of staff. <br />2. Develop and implement a plan at each school to promote and enhance the <br />student leadership skills of respect and responsibility. <br />
