Chair Delmore volunteercd to send a get weil card to Commissioner McGehee from <br />8 the HRC. <br />9 <br />1Q Commissioner McKenzie provided materiais from the City of Hopkins and St. Louis Park on <br />11 their recent hosting and sponsorship of a Movie Night at Cfty Hall showing "The Letter" and a <br />12 forurrz to understanding cultures and custorns. <br />13 <br />14 Chair DeImore said she had received an e-mail from Johanna Eager, Diversity Coordinator for <br />15 Roseville Area Schools, inviting a represen#ative from the City's HRC to attend their monthly <br />16 diversity planning meetings. Chair Delmore said she preferred not to attend this year and would <br />17 e-mail staff to provide copies to Commissioners for their interest in attending. <br />18 <br />19 Commissioner Venters reiteratcd his interest in two Cominissioners attcnding the Police <br />20 Deparhnent's Citizen's �cademy in the spring of 2008. <br />21 <br />22 Adjouxnnnent <br />23 Commissioner McKenzie moved and Commissioner Crump seconded adjotu�unent of the <br />24 meeting at 8:Q0 p.m. Motion carried 5/0. <br />
