<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Roseville that the <br />new alignment of S. Owasso Boulevard be hereby formally dedicated as a public roadway, sixty <br />feet in width along the following centerline description: <br /> <br />A 60 FOOT PERPETUAL EASEMENT FOR ROADS AND UTILITIES, THE <br />CENTERLINE OF SAID PERPETUAL EASEMENT BEING DESCRIBED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Commencing at the NW comer of the SW Vi of the NE Vi of Section 1, T29, R23, <br />Ramsey County; thence easterly along said Vi Vi line a distance of 576.54 feet to point of <br />beginning; thence continuing on said Vi Vi line a distance of 203.89 feet; thence on a <br />curve to the right with a central angle of 310 54' 40", radius of 304.00 feet for an arc <br />length of 169.31 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence on a curve to the left with a <br />central angle of 63049' 21", radius of 304.00 feet for an arc length of 338.63 feet to a <br />point ofreverse curve; thence on a curve to the right with a central angle of 31054' 40", <br />radius of 304.00 feet for an arc length of 169.31 feet to a point on the Vi Vi line, thence <br />easterly along said line a distance of75.88 feet to point of termination. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Ihlan, Kough, Pust, Maschka and Klausing and the following voted <br />against: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
