Mid October <br />November 14 <br />Novembez l6 <br />By December 5 <br />December 13 <br />2005-2006 Essav Contest Timeline <br />Question and contest rules delivered to teachers to be distributed to <br />6�', 7`h and 8�` gradc siudents. <br />Deadline for schools to subnait essays to the City o�Roseville. <br />Coxnmissioners will collect the essays November 14, 2005. <br />Equal number of essays dclivered to Commissioners' homes. <br />Commissioners subznit nanaes/nuxnbers of the top 4 essays to <br />Carolyn Curti <br />Comrnissioners receive the top 28 essays for evaluation. <br />By January 6 Cammissioners submiit the scores for all af the top essays. Staff <br />will tabulate essay scores and Cornrnissioners select r�vinners and <br />honorable mentions. <br />Late January <br />Mid February <br />March 31 <br />Early April <br />Winners anno�nced <br />Wuuxers honored at City Council meeting followed by a recepiion <br />Deadline for submitting wiruiing essay to League of Minnesota <br />Human Rights Commissions <br />League of Minnesota Human Rights Coinnlissions representatives <br />meet to determine wiruving essay for statewide contest <br />Early May Reception to honor statewide winners and participants <br />
