��,� - <br />`��r�, 1 _ J 1 1 <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, January 6, 2003 <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Maschka, Kough, Schroeder 6:05 p.m. <br />and Klausing, met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at b:OS p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br />�. Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of Comment <br />the audience. <br />Two bench handouts were providcd by City Attorney Jay <br />Squires: one �egarding sign regulations, and one regarding <br />faciIity use. <br />A. Dan Roe, 2100 Avon Street <br />Mr. Roe expressed his appreciation %r the conscientious <br />deliberations and efforts by the City Council and <br />congratulated Ciiy Councilmembers for making those <br />difficult decisions in the best interest of residents. Mr. <br />Roe specifically referred to the Highway 280 project and <br />the Bond Referendum; and 2003 Budget process. Mr. Roe <br />suggested that additional citizen input be sought in the <br />budget process where appropriate, and that the <br />Councilmembers work out issues among themselves prior <br />to the Truth in Taxation Public Hearings. <br />B. Joe Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford Street <br />Mr. Machyowsky summarized Council achievements and <br />accomplishments for 2002, commending the Council �or <br />their excellent progress in benefits and programs for <br />Roseville citizens, specifically recognizing Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Kough and Schroeder. <br />
