<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 18th day of December, 2006 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Pust, Maschka and Klausing, and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10462 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2007 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Couneil of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate <br />limits of the City to the County Auditor in complianee with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund / Purpose Amount <br />General Fund $ 7,882,370 <br />Parks & Reereation Programs 784,045 <br />Parks Maintenanee 893,405 <br />Park Improvements 175,000 <br />Pathway Maintenanee 146,000 <br />Streetscape Improvements 60,000 <br />General Vehicle Replacement 130,540 <br />General Debt Service 1,625,000 <br />Total $ 11 ,696,360 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Maschka and <br />Klausing, and the following voted against the same: Ihlan and Kough. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
