Approval of Minutes: Minutes approved as corrected. Bell moved, Sobola seconded. III. Reports of the Chazr: Cable Casting/Video taping meetings: We �vi�l be cable casting/video taping future meetings. Budget: $1,54Q per statutes per year; Be11 and Riach will research budget and report during November tneeting on meaning of "per year". Reports from Members or Committees Presentation of by-laws: Notes taken by Riach on amended changes to preliminary by- laws. Material from A1 Sands: Mayor from Plymouth will speak at November meeting. V. Unfinished. Business Votc on Bylaws: by-laws adopted as amended. VI. Presentation on Plan B Statutory Cities by Joel Jamnik, Roseville Attorney and Steve Sarkozy, Ciiy Manager. V. Election of Officers: Chair: Clausing moved, Bell seconded motion nominating Lorenz. Approved unanimously. Vice Chair: Sands moved, Silvis seconded motion nominating Bell. Approved unanimously. Secretary: Jahnson moved, Riach secanded mo#ion no�ninating Sahola. Approved unanimously. �ther new business Sands m.oved, Riach seconded motion to request City Council to approve cable cast of commission meetings at no charge and to develop and publicize a schedule for rebroadcast on Channel 16. To also provide a copy for Ramsey County Library and City Hall Office. Approved unanifnously. Discussion of public comment. Lorenz will receive public comnnents in writing at City Hall and afi her home address. Commission will discuss ground zules for public input at November meeting. VII. Adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
