<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of November, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan, and Klausing <br />and the following Members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10448 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />FOR WALSER AUTOMOTIVE GROUP & ST. PAUL PROPERTIES <br />AT 2980 CLEVELAND AVENUE (PF3793) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Walser Automotive Group in cooperation with St. Paul Properties (land owner) <br />has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City <br />Code to allow the temporary operation of an auto service garage at 2980 Cleveland A venue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulates the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />interim use perlnit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Walser Automotive Group propose to temporary relocate their existing service <br />facility at 2775 Highway 35W during reconstruction of the dealership to a tenant space within the <br />multi tenant structure at 2980 Cleveland A venue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested Interim Use Permit and voted (6-0) to recommended approval, based on the comments <br />outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 (as revised by the Commission) of the project <br />report dated November 1,2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Walser <br />Automotive Group and St. Paul Properties (land owner) and INTERIM USE PERMIT consistent <br />with Section 1012.09 A and B of the Roseville City Code allowing a temporary auto service garage <br />on property addressed as 2980 Cleveland Avenue based on the comments in Section 5 of the project <br />report dated November 13, 2006, and the following conditions: <br /> <br />1 <br />
