<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 01/08/07 <br />Minutes - Page 7 <br /> <br />3.k <br /> <br />3.m <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn offered his historical perspective of the <br />banner permits, specifically during his tenure as Mayor. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn opined that the City should not allow itself <br />a permit that it would not allow a private business or <br />homeowner to do. <br /> <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, approval of the 2007 sign <br />pem1it for City uses and promotions as listed in the 2007 <br />Sign Summary dated January 8, 2007, attached hereto and <br />made a part thereof. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Kough; Pust; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve Job Classification Change for Administrative <br />Support Position <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, authorizing the restructure of <br />the half-time Office Assistant position to a three-quarter <br />time Senior Office Assistant at Salary Grade 6. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Kough; Pust; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve the Solicitation of Donations for Park and <br />Recreation Special Events <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, authorization to the City <br />Manager and designated staff to send letters requesting <br />donations and/or support for those scheduled City of <br />Roseville Parks and Recreation events and activities in <br />2007; those days as listed in the Request for Council Action <br />dated January 8, 2007, as attached hereto and made a part <br />thereof. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Kough; Pust; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Job Classification <br />Change for <br />Administrative <br />Support Position <br /> <br />Solicitation of <br />Donations for Park <br />and Recreation <br />Special Events <br />
