<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />Monday, January 22, 2007 <br /> <br />Special City Council Meeting - Planning Commission Applicant <br />Interviews <br />The City Council met at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of interviewing ten <br />applicants for the Planning Commission: Karen Schaffer; John <br />Kysylyczyn; Michelle Manke; Gary Grefenberg; Barbara Martinson; <br />Michael Garelick; Daniel Kelsey; Paul Johnston; Thomas Gottfried; <br />and Robert Venters. <br /> <br />Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at approximately 5:50 p.m. <br />and reconvened in Closed Executive Session at approximately <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Executive Session of the City Council <br />The City Council met at 6:00 p.m. in the Aspen Room at City Hall for <br />the purpose of discussing Twin Lakes Litigation. <br /> <br />Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at approximately 6:00 p.m. <br />and reconvened in Open City Council Study Session in the City <br />Hall Council Chambers at approximately 6:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City Council <br />to order at approximately 6:43 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers <br />on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Roe; Kough; Pust; Ihlan; and Mayor Klausing. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing welcomed City Manager Bill Malinen to the table in <br />his official capacity as newly-appointed City Manager. <br /> <br />Special City <br />Council Meeting - <br />Planning <br />Commission <br />Applicant <br />Interviews <br /> <br />Recess <br /> <br />Executive Session <br />of the City Council <br /> <br />Recess <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />6:43 p.m. <br />
