They understood that their charge was to review the draft rental licensing <br />ordinance, to study issues associated with rental properties, and to make <br />recommendations to the RHRA on how it might address areas of concern. <br /> <br />The Citizen Advisory Group consisted of 14 members with diverse backgrounds and <br />experiences with rental honsing in Roseville.
