November 21, 2001 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE III OF ROSEVII.LE CHARTER COMISSiUN BY-LAWS ARTICLE III — MEETINGS Section I. Re�ular Meetin�s. Unless a ma'o ' o members vote otherwise the Cammission shall meet on the #lvrd Wednesday of each month. When the business of the Cornmission cannat be appropriately handled at the montlily meetings or the busine�s from a s�ecial meeting is not cumpleted and necessitates additional meetings, the Comanission shall establish, by resolution, a schedule of additional regular meetings. All meetings sl�all �be held in the Roseville City Hall unless meeting notices state otherwise. All meetirtgs shall comply with the Minnesota �pen Meeting Law (Minnesota Sta#utes, Section 471.7Q5}. All regular and special meeting notices shall be posted on the Roseville City Hall bulletin board. Section 2. S cia� Meet' s. The chair, or _ a majority of inembers of the Comttn�ssion may call a special meeting ta transact any business �tated in the meeting notice in accordance with state law. Notice of the special meeting shall state #he tune, date, place, and business #o be conducted at the special meeting and shall be provided to members not less than three (3) full days prior to the meeting. The business ta be considered at special meeiings shall be limited to that stated in the meeting notice un�tess all members of the Connmission are present and vote unan�mously to conduct additional business.
