Motion approved on a voice vote. 2.05 Vacancies Discussion of Reichenberger's propasal on vacancies resulted in a motion by Johnson to retain the language developed by the Commission. Motion was approved on a voice vote. This completes revision of the proposed charter. The agenda for the meeting on August 15 will include final approval and signing off on the proposed charter and a discussion of the role of the charter commission before the charter referendum in November.
