EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27'h day of November, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan, Klausing Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10450 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE PUBLIC ROADWAY IN THE BIRCH PARK SUBDIVISION AS CHATSWORTH COURT (PF3665) WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, pursuant to Section SIIOI.OI of the Roseville City Code, has authority relative to the regulation and maintenance of public roadways within the incorporated limits of the City; and WHEREAS, the subject public roadway is within the subdivision legally described as: BIRCH PARK LOTS 1 THROUGH 10 WHEREAS, the public roadway designation "Chatsworth Court" was considered by the Planning Commission on October 5, 2005 with opportunity for public comment; and considered by the City Council on October 24, 2005 and January 30, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City has disseminated official notifications to utilities and public service agencies addressing the platted lots as "Chatsworth Court"; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to designate the public roadway of the Birch Park subdivision as CHATSWORTH COURT in accordance with Section S1101.01 of the Roseville City Code. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan, Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1
