Jim Boardson proposed that the commit.tee should fi.rst determine a set af objec�ives and guid�iines. Joyce Boardson suggest�d that along �vit,h objectives and guidelines a committee mission statement is also needed and praposed ihat each committee member should bring suggestians about the abov� to the ne�l, meeting. The cvmmittee member� each agr�ed to �r�ga�r� a statement and a s�t of ob9ectives for discussion at the neat meeting. Thomas Turba suggestsd t.hat a copy of the applications of each committee member be sent out ta each m�mber before the neat mee�ing. Charles Scott. stated that he �vould approach Steve North afl this ma.tter. Jim a,�so suggested t,hat init.ial affiliat�ed cities shauld have a common la,nguage base and should �e accessible to the general Rosevi�lle cummunity. Martha HzErdesty suggested that t�hs community should also appmach less papular ar acces9ible countries. T'he committse agreed t�at a set of gui�elines would assist in decisian making.
