<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 4th <br />day of December, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Pust, Maschka, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10453 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br />PF2799, TWIN CITIES CO-OP CREDIT UNION, 1880 PERIMETER DRIVE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application by Twin Cities CO-OP Federal Credit Union for a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT was submitted and determined complete on November 9, 2006; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said request by Twin Cities CO-OP Federal Credit Union has a 60-day <br />review deadline of January 2, 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner and Community Development Director have determined <br />that it is in the best interest of the applicant and the City to extend the review deadline an <br />additional 60-days from January 2 to March 3, 2007, in order to achieve stated City Council <br />review date of January 8, 2007. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />ofRoseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the <br />time line for agency review ofthe application of Twin Cities CO-OP Federal Credit Union <br />(PF2799) is hereby EXTENDED. It is understood final City Council action on these issues may <br />be taken at any time prior to the end of the extension date. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, <br />Kough, Pust, Maschka, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
