EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 4th day of December, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Pust, Maschka, and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10453 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR PF2799, TWIN CITIES CO-OP CREDIT UNION, 1880 PERIMETER DRIVE. WHEREAS, an application by Twin Cities CO-OP Federal Credit Union for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT was submitted and determined complete on November 9, 2006; and WHEREAS, said request by Twin Cities CO-OP Federal Credit Union has a 60-day review deadline of January 2, 2007; and WHEREAS, the City Planner and Community Development Director have determined that it is in the best interest of the applicant and the City to extend the review deadline an additional 60-days from January 2 to March 3, 2007, in order to achieve stated City Council review date of January 8, 2007. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City ofRoseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review ofthe application of Twin Cities CO-OP Federal Credit Union (PF2799) is hereby EXTENDED. It is understood final City Council action on these issues may be taken at any time prior to the end of the extension date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, Kough, Pust, Maschka, and Mayor Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
