EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 18th day of December, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Pust, Maschka, and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10458 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR PF3787, THOMAS MCDANIEL, 527 OW ASSO HILLS DRIVE WHEREAS, the City Council on October 23, 2006 extended the required 60-day review deadline for Mr. McDaniel's VARIANCE request by an additional 60 days, from November 5, 2006 to January 4,2007; and WHEREAS, the Planning Division received a letter from Mr. McDaniel seeking a further extension the 60-day review deadline due to a work conflict with the December 18 City Council meeting date; WHEREAS, Mr. McDaniel is seek to extend the review deadline from January 4, 2007 to March 5, 2007; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") ofthe City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review ofthe application of Thomas McDaniel (PF3787) is hereby EXTENDED. It is understood final City Council action on these issues may be taken at any time prior to the end of the extension date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, Kough, Pust, Maschka, and Mayor Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
