Cities Model we are going to use as a guide. Please b�ing it with you to the October meeting. It details the prevailing practices regarding unitiative, referendum, recall, even ar odd year eleciions, size of council, election by ward or at large, etc. I think it's important that we know the prevailing practices, as compared to the Leagues Model that we aa-e going to be using as a guide. (The League Model is now over 25 years old, and may need some updating when compazed with prevailing practices.) There is a nrzore complete report on prevazling practices covering all 1 �0 pius charter cities in Minnesota in our Roseville Handbook (Section 4-K) which you may also want to have available in October and futuze meetings.
