<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, Sthday of January, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Kough, Ihlan and Klausing and the <br />following members were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10469 <br />APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 90450 <br />FOR RAILROAD CROSSING SIGNALS AT <br />TERMINAL ROAD AND MINNESOTA COMMERCIAL RAILWAY TRACKS <br />USDOTNO. 463560K <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the Minnesota <br />Commercial Railway Company and the Commissioner of Transportation for the installation <br />and maintenance of railroad crossing signals at the intersection of Terminal Road (MSAS <br />0219) with the tracks of the Minnesota Commercial Railway Company in Roseville, <br />Minnesota and appointing the Commissioner of Transportation agent for the City to supervise <br />said project and administer available Federal Funds in accordance with Minnesota Statute, <br />Section 161.36. The City's share shall be 10 percent ofthe total signal cost. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and they are hereby <br />authorized to execute said agreement and any amendments thereto for and on behalf of the <br />City. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Roe, Pust, Kough, Ihlan and Klausing; the following voted against: <br />none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
